We strongly believe in the development of UK football players and in particular, young players in the United kingdom area.

The philosophy of InsideTips Football Coaching Academy, is to make our youth feel that they are clients in this effort and will recognize that all clubs affiliated with ITFCA are important because they are critical to participating in the positive develop of our youth as players and people.

The ITFCA is comprised of both the InsideTips Football Coaching Schools (ITFCS) and the InsideTips Sports Management (ITSM), is an innovative program based on developing youth players and preparing them to play football for higher levels of competition and career progression.

This program focuses on developing the young player’s individual skills, technical ability with the possibility of fame & financial security.

We believe that our curriculum, led by Head Coach Freddy Amos and on the Sports Management side by Amanda Tucker, distinguishes ITFCA from the many of other outfits and sports clinics in the area.

STRUCTURE OF INSIDETIPS FOOTBALL COMMITTEE

Primary Components

ITFC School. This will be our commercially focused, 2-week program, run 4 sessions in two term breaks per year.

The Inside Tips Football Coaching school (ITFCS), which is a part of the Academy, will have an open admission policy and not be restrictive based on gender or skill level. The School will accept as many youth players as our facilities and staff capabilities are able to handle. The Academy will be commercially marketed and designed to attract a wide range of players and designed to improve the individual player’s technical ability and take him/her to the next level.

ITFC Academy. This will be our highly selective, elite program whereby hand picked players are provided specialised technical training from our staff on a regular basis.

The Inside Tips Football Coaching Academy (ITFCA) will be highly selective and based solely on skill level. Players will be required to meet minimum requirements and must be recommended by an Academy staff member as a result of his/her performance at the ITFCS or by a ITF coaching staff recommendation. Only the very best players will be accepted into the Academy with an annual enrollment of approximately 72 players. The Academy is designed exclusively to prepare football players for very competitive levels of play.

ITSM Personal and Professional Development. This will incorporate important personal educational and developmental guidance in the form of on & off the field sessions.

InsideTips Sports Management sessions are lessons in life, how the things you learn about playing football on the field can be converted into real life lessons. Our classes enlighten you to core skills in:

Supporting Components

ITFCS from our Academy, will this summer create two youth boy's teams and one female team

ITFCS, Player Scouting and Referral System. Player recommendations can come from our Football Coaching School or Scouting Board.

Plus, our academy coaching staff can refer quality players who can gain admission into our academy football teams without having to go through our nine-week school session pending our coaching staff approval.
